For many feelng part of the community is a reality of everyday life. For others, especially persons with disabilities, being accepted and feeling part of the community is a daily challenge.

Tayside Community Options stresses a person's abilities. Through specially designed housing, programs and individualized supports and services, persons with disabilities are assisted in living more independent and productive lives.

Our developmental services include small homes for people with physical and/or. developmental disabilities. The homes are designed and staffed to meet the needs of the people living there. Daily activities and programs emphasize independence and integration.

Respite care is offered in the homes to individuals whose family caregivers need relief and to self supporting individuals who require temporary care. Families can be assured of professional, reliable, quality care in a warm, home-like environment.

Assistance with daily living skills, community integration and socialization is offered to individuals living independently.
