Casual work in five support homes for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. As part of a team, provides support through individual’s Person Centred Plans designed to promote personal welfare, independence and inclusion. Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, nights, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Community College diploma in social services from a recognized Ontario College of Applied Arts & Technology and/or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities;
- Have or be willing to take CPR/First Aid and CPI;
- Have a valid G driver’s license;
- Have a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
Pay Rate: as per Collective Agreement CUPE Local 4474 (Union Position).
