As part of a team, provides supports through individuals’ Person Centred Plans designed to promote personal welfare, independence and inclusion. Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, nights, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Community College diploma in social services from a recognized Ontario College of Applied Arts & Technology and/or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities;
- Community College course in pharmacology;
- Have or be willing to take CPR/First Aid and CPI;
- Valid driver’s license;
- A current vulnerable sector screening criminal reference check.
