Facilities Maintenance Staff
PERMANENT, FULL-TIME – 75 hours bi-weekly
This position is expected to begin on or about February 3, 2025.
Required Qualifications:
- Two years’ experience in building maintenance with proven abilities in grounds keeping, minor repairs of plumbing, carpentry, painting, roof repair, dry wall and floor laying.
- CPR/First Aid or be willing to take.
- Valid G driver’s license, driver’s abstract and use of vehicle.
- WHMIS Certification.
You must have a valid G driver’s license, possession of a vehicle for work and appropriate insurance. Tact, diplomacy and initiative suitable to deal with others in management positions, co-workers and volunteers are essential to ensure continuity and effective teamwork.
Hourly Rate: per CUPE Collective Agreement (Union position)
